- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- To qualify, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

- For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.

- To start a return, please email info@freshcia.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

- If your item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Freshcia will cover all return costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
